Q2: What is the payment terms?

A2: T/T,Western Union,MoneyGram,Paypal,Alipay,Wechat Pay etc. Accept EUR,Dollar,RMB,GBP.

Q3: What is the lead time?

A3: Usually 3-10 working days for sample order; For bulk orders, it depends on the order quantity and demands.

Q4: How to charge the freight?

A4: The quotation usually doesn't include the freight; customer can choose freight prepaid or freight collect.

Q5: What is the type of shipping?

A5: By express, by air and by sea (FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS)

Q6: What is the trade terms?

A6: FOB Shenzhen,C&F,EXW Shenzhen optional.

Q7: Who will pay for the freight of warranty products?

A7: During the warranty period, the cost of the warranty products returned to our company will be paid by the customer and the cost shipped back to the customer will be paid by our company. After the warranty, the freight and maintenance expenses will be paid by the customer.

Q8: How to place an order?

A8: After confirming PI, the sample order requires 100% payment in advance. The bulk orders requires 30%-50% deposit before production, and the rest 70%-50% balance should be paid before shipment.

Q9: Can you do OEM or ODM orders?

A9: Yes OEM or ODM acceptable.Support full turnkey design and manufacturing one-stop service for starup or group who want special hardware items.

Q10: Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?

A10: Yes, the larger the quantity, the cheaper the prices.

Q11: What is the warranty time?

A11: Usually 12-18 months, it also depends on the type of the products.
